Catholic Education Newsletter. The CE News is a monthly newsletter from the Secretariat of Catholic Education. The newsletter is an effort to keep Superintendents and Catholic Conference Directors informed about public policy issues and items that impact our Catholic schools at the federal level, and addresses state issues where appropriate.
Catholic Education Resource Center. CERC has been compiling an Internet resource library and publishing a weekly E-Letter made up of the most compelling and convincing articles we can find on the big issues in the faith and culture category. CERC is educating a broad range of Catholics and enquiring non-Catholics about the positive role the Catholic Church has played and continues to play in the world. In addition, CERC has become a clearinghouse for the best well-reasoned responses to the secular culture’s widespread assaults on and misunderstandings of the Catholic faith.

Forming Consciences for Faithful Citizenship. By our baptism, Catholics are committed to following Jesus Christ and to be “salt for the earth, light for the nations.” As the Catechism of the Catholic Church reminds us, “It is necessary that all participate, according to his position and role, in promoting the common good. This is inherent in the dignity of the human person … As far as possible citizens should take an active part in public life” (nos. 1913-1915).
National Catholic Education Association. The National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA) is a voluntary association of educators and institutions. The Association’s structure is based on a departmental arrangement whereby member institutions hold Association membership through one of the constitutive departments.
National Conference for Catechetical Leadership. NCCL has been a leader in Catholic religious education since 1967.
The Catholic School Chronicle. The mission of Catholic School Chronicle is to be a source of news, resources and community building for all those interested in Catholic education. Though its primary audience is Catholic school teachers and administrators, Catholic School Chronicle also benefits others involved in Catholic education and catechesis.
The Catholic Toolbox. A website which seeks to provide unique and innovated activities that capture student’s attention and helps them learn about the Catholic faith and post it on your blog.
The Religion Teacher. The Religion Teacher provides practical resources and teaching strategies to help religious educators transform the lives of the young people they teach.
USCCB Catholic Education Site. We are deeply committed to supporting the proclamation of the Gospel through our primary and secondary Catholic Schools, Catholic higher education, campus ministry, certification for ecclesial ministry, and support of children and parents through advocacy and public policy in our Nation’s Capital.
