Do you know where you are going? (11am)

Reading for Today

Can you believe there was a time when a GPS did not tell people how to get to where they needed to go? Some remember the time when we used paper maps, only to discover the most difficult task was to fold the map again after using it. For the magi we read about today, there were three things they did to help them, things that are also important for the spiritual life. They trusted in signs, they were willing to sacrifice, and they learned the importance of being generous.

Readings for Today

Ever find yourself lost? I think I have told this story before, but when I was little, my parents and I made a trip to Fenway Park in Boston. On our way there, especially before the area was reworked to make it easier to find, it was not always so simple to get to Fenway park. And so, not surprisingly, my father got lost.
